PCC is the home of The Kare Youth League's Upland Program. Kare Youth League has been building character since 1931 through year-round sports. Kare expanded to the Upland area in January 2006 and has developed a presence on the PCC campus. Kare's has centers in Arcadia (since 1952) and Covina 1980s.
