Security Deposit Refund Criteria
The security deposit is to pay PCC for property damage in excess of normal wear and tear and for breaches in the Use Agreement.

Standard Expectations of All Party Hosts
  1. All tables and chairs returned to storage carts.  Do not “drag” carts or heavy objects across the wood floor. This scratches the finish or dents the wood floor. Check tables and chairs for leg tip protective covers.
  2. All decorations and tape removed.
  3. Table and chair carts returned to storage areas and doors closed.
  4. All trash bags carried and placed in dumpsters behind gym to NW.
  5. Bathroom floors picked up of paper and other trash. Mop if necessary (excess water and/or dirt on tile floor).
  6. Recyclables placed in bags/boxes behind gym through NW double doors.
  7. Spills on wood floor wet mopped and then entire floor dust mopped.
  8. Kitchen counters wiped and sinks rinsed clean.
  9. Kitchen floor wet mopped with mop and mop bucket with soapy water.
  10. Party trash (napkins, plastic ware picked up from lawn and parking areas).
Deductions from Deposit for the Following:
1. “New” scratches to gym floor. Caused by “dragging” tables, carts or equipment across wood floor.
2. Graffiti (check bathrooms during and after the event)
3. Damage to the landscape (Often caused by children playing among the plants around the Hall)
4. Excessive outside trash and/or use of confetti or drinks with straws.
5. Broken chairs or tables or other PCC equipment.
6. Party hosts or caterer using ice or food that was in the Frig or Freezer prior to Use Event.
7. Consumption of alcohol by guests after warning from security.
8. Guests in excess of 300.
9. Excessive time to clean up. Complete inside cleanup by midnight.
10. Excessive noise outside gym after 11:30 pm by cleanup party and guests.

The security deposit may be picked up five days after the event. Security Deposits may be picked up in person or mailed to your address. Please advise by contacting the PCC office after the event at 909-981-1965.
